Contact & Account Information: Your name, email address, billing address, and shipping address when you create an account or place an order.

Communication Data: Records of any inquiries, emails, or support requests you send to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Fulfillment: To process your monthly subscriptions, print shipping labels, and mail our physical letters and goods to your correct address.
Account Management: To manage your customer account, allow you to update your preferences, and facilitate self-service subscription management.
Customer Support: To respond to your questions, address delivery issues, or send replacement items for damaged goods.
Legal and Tax Compliance: To comply with applicable state and federal laws, including the calculation and remittance of Texas sales and use taxes.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We value your privacy and do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to run our business operations:

Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
Welcome to Vesper Light Post (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our monthly letter and paper goods service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Overview of Services & Subscriptions
Recurring Billing: We offer recurring monthly subscription tiers (such as our Lectio Edition and Liturgia Edition) as well as annual upfront options. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel your subscription.
Billing Cycles & Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.
Product Availability: Our monthly letters, collect cards, and curated goods are limited-edition releases. Once a monthly mailing window closes, past issues are archived and may no longer be available for purchase.
2. Account Creation & Customer Portals
Account Responsibility: To manage your subscription easily, you may create a customer account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
Self-Management: Through your secure online Customer Portal, you can independently update your billing credit card, change your shipping address, or cancel your subscription at any time.
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Address Accuracy
Mailing Details: Because our products are physical items sent via standard mail, you must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Address Updates: If you move or need your monthly letter sent elsewhere, you must update your shipping address in your Customer Portal prior to the monthly fulfillment cutoff date. We are not responsible for mail lost due to outdated or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Cancellations must be completed prior to your next billing cycle to prevent being charged for the upcoming mailing.
No Refunds on Active Cycles: Due to the scheduled nature of our paper curation, payments processed for a current billing cycle are non-refundable.
Damaged Deliveries: If a letter arrives physically damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence so we can issue a replacement, subject to stock availability.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this website—including text, layout, artwork, logos, collect cards, and written letter content—is the exclusive property of Vesper Light Post and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our written materials or designs without prior express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Vesper Light Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, subscription services, or postal delivery delays outside of our direct control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Return Policy
Because our offerings operate as monthly scheduled mailings and limited-edition releases, please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations below.
1. Monthly Subscriptions & Individual Deliveries
Recurring Nature: Our subscriptions operate on an automatic monthly billing cycle. Each monthly mailing is an entirely unique, limited-edition release that goes out of print once the monthly window closes.
Cancellations: You retain full control over your subscription. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your secure online Customer Portal on our website. To avoid being billed for the upcoming month's mailing, you must complete your cancellation before your next billing renewal date.
Partial Month Policy: Because our letters and materials are curated and prepared in scheduled batches, we do not offer partial refunds or prorated cancellations for mid-month mid-cycles once a monthly billing has successfully processed.
2. Returns & Damaged Goods
Due to the intimate, paper-based nature of our mailings (which include reflection letters, collect cards, and delicate stationery goods), standard change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. However, we want to ensure your collection arrives pristine:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your monthly letter or items arrive visibly damaged, torn, or structurally compromised due to transit, you are eligible for a replacement.
Reporting Window: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the damaged delivery by contacting our support team with your order number and a photo of the damage.
Substitutions: Approved replacements for damaged goods will be fulfilled using available stock of the current month’s release. If a limited edition has entirely sold out, store credit or a full refund for that specific single-issue month will be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
Past Monthly Releases: Once a monthly window closes, that specific collection is archived and considered final sale. Past issues cannot be returned, swapped, or retroactively credited.
Digital Goods: Any digital downloads, PDFs, or supplementary online resources associated with your membership are strictly non-refundable.
4. How to Contact Us for Support
If you have questions regarding your subscription, need assistance accessing your customer account portal, or need to report a damaged mailing, you can reach out to us at any time:
